Sláinte, A quick search on YouTube only turns up a couple of classical pieces for cello and flute duets. Substitute a low whistle for the flute; your mileage may vary.... Alistair Fraser and Natalie Haas have at least one CD of all fiddle/cello trad duets: "Fire & Grace." Not much help...

Have both; love both. Brass has more volume, warmer "fuller" sound (not sure how to better describe), but whistle is quite a bit heavier. To me aluminum is much more sensitive to metal temp; I sit on it while playing bodhrán or tuck fipple end in my pocket. Can't go too far wrong with eith...
