i just bought one from "songs of the wood" 2 1/2 octaves and your right it does feel backwards but im getting used to it quickly, ive only played penny whistle up to now and this seems easier to learn.one of the nice suprises about it is that you can just kinda bounce the bow off a string ...

why a bag ?i use a pool cue case they're cheap,look good , can hold 2 low and 2 high whistles and protect them alot better than a bag would

i know ornamentation is up to the players discretion but im just want something to get the feel of where it belongs . im am working with grey larsens book

i have a pvc hoover i like i like the low f because i can play it with my fingertips and stil get a pretty deep tone

im looking for the sheet music for whistle to carol of the bells im going to try a duet with my wife playing the violin [yes i know it may come to bloodshed ] but im still willing to try. any suggestions?
