Would like to hear your opinions on this. How many of you think that letting your brass whistles get that 'Patina' from not cleaning them, makes them sound better? I have been a member of this forum since 2004 I believe. It just recently occurred to me, (today), that very few members have been "Culling Their Herds" :D I can remember a time when there was always a member offering up a choice whistle for sale. Is it me, or are folks just really holding...

I begin the tune on the low D, fundamental . I find that I have more range and freedom of expression beginning on this note. The tune sounds fuller and you do not need to half hole at all...

Ok, so I ordered one of Jerry Freeman's Bluebird Whistles in E Flat. Bottom line.......... You MUST order one! Jerry has once again worked his magic. The whistle is pure and birdlike. It sounds like an Irish Whistle should sound like. Jerry delivers exactly what he says. I am very excited about this...

My Pat O'Riordan Concert Set D and C whistles. Anyone else who owns a set of these knows what I am talking about... They are magical...
