Re: Goat 2010
It only holds about a gallon and a half, though. You may need 2 for a decent party! :D -=swill=- so you could use it as a post party barometer..... Well, it showed promise but we just barely tapped the second pig. needs work, dunnit Most of my friends don't even drink beer. How freeky is that?

True. Unfortunately, I need to get this done sooner, rather than later. I was a little surprised that no one even responded at all. I have sold a couple of whistles from the last batch as a result, though, and that helps.

I want to get about $2500 for everything. Here is a link to the machine specs http://ww...

Hi everyone! Hope you had a fine holiday!
I am wondering how to buy a Sindt whistle. Is there a web site or an email address that I can use?
Thanks!

WD Sweet whistle
I have been doing a little Christmas shopping and I came across this: http://www.whistleanddrum.com/wd-sweet- ... -in-delrin. Does anyone have one of these? Does anyone know where I can find a review? There do not seem to be any previous threads about it.
Thanks!
Thanks!

No, I replaced the mini-mill with a full-sized mill a couple of years ago. The mini-mill is just taking up space in the shop.Liam wrote:Was this the mill you were using to make Whistles?

Re: All I want for Christmas...
I'll take a table-top lathe (and a decent assortment of tools) for whistlesmithing. Unfortunately, with the economy like it is and a daughter in college, it isn't going to happen this year. Right. :( Our daughter went to college about 10 miles from one of the Grizzly machine tool showrooms. So, eve...

Has anyone ever bought one of the hardwood Irish whistles from there? I am thinking of getting one.
