Re: New Sheet Music with Tablature
One I've been looking for and can't find start with the words: When you walk through a storm keep your chin(or head) up high and don't be afraid of the dark". Don't know the name of it. Possibly "In the Garden"? Another is One Little Candle Thanks. Donn The name of that song is You'l...

Re: Thinking about a new career
Has anyone else out there ever gone through this kind of thought process? What did you do? Any thoughts on what direction a stay-at-home mom thinking about a new career should be looking at? Just figured I'd bounce this off a few wise and friendly heads! Redwolf Hi Redwolf, [stuffed snipped - I sti...

Just wanted to add this since I didn't get to stay for the part about playing other than IrTrad. I got interested in folk hymns and spirituals after being asked to accompany a vocalist in my mother's church last Christmas (I'm really a piano player).... anyway... I decided to try some on whistle and...

If anyone has a Native American flute handy I did an arrangement that's here:

The limits of the NAF don't allow it to go up into the second octave in second part, though.... I've never tried it on the whistle though, but I will now.

I'm another person who doesn't know anyone (well, anyone but colomon, but he's not going to be there), and given the friendly encouragement you've received, I'm leaning toward going. We'll have to see whether or not I actually follow through. Keep leaning! I hear as first timers we all get free tat...

I really like this tune, but without the Fnat and G# I think it becomes something else. I put a pdf in Aminor on my website:
