That only changed in the past few weeks. I'd even say it was only in the past seven days. I have several double Kildare/Kelischek whistles which they were kind enough to make me. A little late to the discussion, but IIRC even Sindt himself has acknowledged that the cross-fingered C natural OXXOOO is sharp, and recommends half-holing instead. The Killarney is fine with the cross-fingering.

Myself, I've consistently used mostly Susatos, but like keeping up with developments.

Wow... if the Roland was suddenly out of favor, that would have been within less than nine hours from that initial post! Talk about short honeymoons!

I'm just going to note, all these years on from my first adopting full fifths tuning, that I really appreciate both standard and FF tunings for their strengths. Full fifths is a very vertical tuning, very consistent when playing melodically, and very compact in terms of getting the most range out of...
