NPU doesn't say what they attend to do with such information. I can't give any name without the piper's agreement, and won't ask him for agreement before I know exactly what kind of help NPU will provide.

when your drones are in tune, you are at the end of bellows' stroke, and air pressure is decreasing, so the drone left is able to start again.

Some points are to be explained; for instance: why is it impossible to get both E in tune? (I suppose some physical explanation is required...) and if both E can't be played properly in tune, why not get low E in tune, and adapt only high E? Why do both octave significantly differ?
