Where does latex buy? It is natural latex ruuber or a mixture of latex and other stuff.

i have problems with my baritone regulator, note D often raises the second octave, is there any tip to avoid this problem?. Can i use a reed that i had in the chanter?

I'm trying to make a TENOR regulator for my pipe. But I don't find any measures or skecthes. I need an important starting dimension that is the bore of the throat,(minimun diameter), and also the bore and length of the staple of the reed. Anybody have measure this dimensions?
