Hi Liam, no problem, I know the YouTube video is of the Blair chanter is for the Highland fingering, it is the sensors fitted I'm on about, it enables the piper to play at much fast speed compared to older touch sensor, once these new sensors are fitted to a Uilleann Digital Chanter with the full tu...

Re: looking for a copy of A Manual for the Irish Uilleann Pi
Are you requiring a manual on learning how to play or to maintain the pipes? as there are a couple of other tutor manuals on playing the Uilleann pipes you can purchase, also finger charts of the chanter, maybe look out for a local pipers club or piper that might can help you out?

Re: Davy Spillane
If it had' a na been for Davy I wouldn't have ever taken the pipes up, best River Dance piper ever! Love his style of playing with a little reverb on the chanter and whistle to smooth it out, mind you he must be a terrific reed maker the way his reeds stand up to his fast playing, but there are a co...

Re: How many Harrington sets exist?
Dosen't Becky Taylor have a Coyne or Harrington Set? They'll be a lot more than you think, if you average 2 full sets a year, then practice and half sets over their Pipemaking Careers, some would have had an apprentice or family member helping in their work shop I would of thought?,,
