I have a Generation Bb nickel tube fitted with a Hoover Whitecap that is superb. Completely changes the character of the whistle (for the better). An inexpensive way of having a great Bb.

If you're German, the correct pronunciation is "Vizzel" At least that's how my relatives say it.

I have owned one of Mack Hoover's A whistles for a couple of years now. It's a Whitecap/Aluminum. It's the cat's pajamas for playing Ashokan Farewell. A very nice whistle.

Have you tried craigslist.org? There's a lot of pianos (including uprights) listed on the Minneapolis version of the page. There's got to be a craigslist near you.

This is actually kind of an interesting subject. What I don't get however (not having ever studied music theory) is what practical use is it? How can I use this when I'm playing ITM or, for that matter other stuff on the whistle?
