You might want to try Liquid Latex, available at good art supplies. 2/3 latex + 1/3 water. Remove all parts, including anything with valves , plug mainstock cup and blow pipe (you can cover plugs with clingfilm or the like, pour carefully into neck then inflate by mouth DO NOT INHALE! Elbogo, A rush is anything that resembles a rush (Marram Grass etc.,), The "leaf" part not the flower of course. It is inserted to alter the pitch of the chanter, or sections thereof.(most noted effect is the lowering of the 1st 8ve). You can use anything. It just needs to be experimented ...

What's this yun business? Are yous saying that it should be pronounced as yun = young? Or perhaps you mean as in the Christian name Ian or eon (a very large passage of time).
But if you can pronounce my christian name (correctly), you are oh so close.
