I sometimes try it with speakers, but with headphones is definetely better! Off course the experience may vary from one person to the other, but for me it works!

My opinion had the value it has, but for me I think it's a ridiculous way to achieve what you want. Just doesn't seem logical!

A metronome is always good in any kind of music you play, as for me I never tried it with the whistle, but it might be a good choice.
