Re: Posting clips
OPTAKEOVER It's a real shame I think that players get so little responce when putting tunes on here. I know there are barrels of people who can give much better feedback than me but as they are quite I'll break silence. Great playing. Nice style. Good timing. Nice variation. Exceptional for anyone ...

Too bad we can't use images in sigs..
http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c263/AoptakeoverA/userbars.jpg I'm not exactly one yet though - it's only ready by about September or so. Went with Chris after going through a small list of recommended makers. Rudall-type keyless in Blackwood. I'll still keep my Seery.. (And, sorry for the fairly...

"Concern" in a general sense, none - "free world " and all that.... anyone anywhere is entitled to register any available domain name. Okay. What I meant by the word 'concern' was because since I noticed you were expressing doubt over the site's credentials, I just wanted to kno...

Re: Wooden Flute Makers List
I'm thinking Desi Seery isn't very particular about the presentation of his website, some of the images look weird as well.. The layout is really poor and on a high-res screen like my iMac desktop some of the content gets misplaced. And to think website design was undertaken by a web-design company....

Re: Wooden Flute Makers List
A random search on Google for 'seery woodwind' resulted in me bumping into Desi Seery's new website at http://seeryflutes.com/index.html. There isn't much to see, but it's a website nonetheless. No wonder his old website went defunct..

Re: Seamus Tansey's letter: can't seem to find it anymore..
But in the first place it's not needing an account to view it in the first place, since in that forum I can view the threads without needing to log in. I think that they've re-worked their entire forum so the old thread isn't there any more..

Seamus Tansey's letter: can't seem to find it anymore..
The last time when I could read about Seamus Tansey's famous letter to a box player was while I could still access a thread in an internet forum ( http://foot.ie right?). Now, it appears that they've did something to their forum, so it's no longer there I assume, because I'm sure http://foot.ie/foru...
